About KMG International Coaches Team (ICT)
The KMG International Coaches Team represents the active spearhead of KMG’s global education and development programs.
This is a performance-driven team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with a proven track record of specialized knowledge, field experience, and ongoing contribution to KMG’s international activities.
The members of the ICT are selected based on their current involvement, expertise, and impact in teaching, mentoring, and spreading KMG around the globe. They are responsible for developing and delivering specialized training, instructor education, and professional seminars in their respective domains.
Some ICT members also belong to the GIT, but the ICT focuses on those who are currently active and leading from the front – the ones who bring our knowledge, innovation, and experience directly to the global community.
Membership in this team is dynamic: it reflects performance, contribution, and engagement. Once members are no longer active, they step out of the team.

Eyal Yanilov
Founder & Head InstructorFounder of Krav Maga Global and right-hand of Imi Sde-Or, founder of Krav Maga, Eyal leads the development and evolution of the KMG system globally. He is responsible for the strategic direction, curriculum design, and the training of the global instructor teams.
Zeev Cohen
Head of Kids DevisionZeev is the longest-time student of Eyal, and one of KMG’s pioneers in the development of the Kids Program. His long-standing experience in education and Krav Maga instruction shaped the curriculum and approach used to teach and empower young practitioners globally.
Rune Lind
Ground Fighting & General Instructor CoursesA veteran instructor and close student of Eyal Yanilov, Rune is KMG’s Subject Matter Expert for Ground Fighting. His work focuses on integrating effective ground tactics within the KMG system and mentoring new instructors through GIC programs.
Jan Tevini
Close Protection & General Instructor CoursesJan specializes in Close Protection and instructor education. With extensive field and teaching experience, he leads professional courses and contributes to the development of training methodologies and leadership programs.
Massimo Fenu
General Instructor Courses & CoachingMassimo combines his expertise in Krav Maga instruction with professional coaching. He focuses on personal development and teaching methodology, supporting instructors in their progression and performance on and off the mat.
Jon Bullock
General Instructor Courses & CoachingJon brings extensive international experience as a Krav Maga instructor and educator. His focus is on developing effective instructors through practical teaching methods, leadership, and continuous professional growth on and off the training floor.
Emmanuel Ayache
