If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd’s Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

9. Subscription Service
In addition to the general use of this Website, K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd offers a subscription service that grants access to exclusive membership benefits. By subscribing to this service, you agree to the following terms:

9.1 Individual Subscription
The subscription to our service is strictly for individual use only. You are not allowed to share your account or login credentials with any other person or entity. Each subscriber must have their own unique account to access the membership benefits.

9.2 Copyrights of Content
All content provided through the subscription service, including videos, written material, and any other media, remains the sole property of K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd. The content is protected by copyright laws, and you are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using the content for any purpose outside the scope of the subscription agreement.

9.3 Subscription Contract
Your subscription is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the respective subscription contract that you agreed to at the time of subscribing. Please refer to your subscription contract for specific details regarding the duration, renewal, and termination of your subscription.

9.4 Recurring Payment
Subscription fees will be charged on a recurring basis through a digital form of payment that you have provided. By subscribing to the service, you authorize K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd to charge the applicable subscription fees automatically at the specified intervals until you choose to cancel your subscription.

Standard Cancellation Policy for Event Bookings

If you have already registered for one of our events or professional development workshops and are no longer able to attend the training, our cancellation, refund, and rebooking policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Full refund minus a EUR 50 administration fee up to 30 days before your scheduled training.
– 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 days and two weeks before the scheduled date.
– No refund for cancellations made within two weeks of the event date.

Exceptions will be made for unexpected illnesses, such as COVID-19 related issues, where a refund of 85% or a credit to attend an upcoming workshop can be issued.
To cancel your ticket, please email contact@krav-maga.com with the subject line “Cancellation.”

2. Transferring Your Ticket
Instead of a refund, you can transfer your spot to another person who meets the event requirements and is approved by the appropriate body. Ticket transfers can be made up until the day before the event. If you transfer your ticket, you are responsible for ensuring that any physical (course) materials received are handed over to the person collecting your ticket. K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd will not be able to ship another set of materials out.

To transfer your ticket, please email contact@krav-maga.com with the subject line “Ticket Transfer: [Name of Workshop].” Please use the same email address provided at registration and include the full name and email address of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to.

3. Rebooking Your Ticket
If you are no longer able to take part in your booked event, you have the option of keeping the fees you have already paid with us as credit for future K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd events. The following rebooking fees shall apply:
– Up to 30 days before your scheduled training: free of charge
– After that up to two weeks before your scheduled date: 20% of the event fee
– Within two weeks of the event date: 50% of the event fee
– In the case of no-show or cancellation on the first day of the event, the full event fee shall be due

4. Changes to the Course of the Event
We do our best to meet the advertised event conditions, but sometimes unforeseeable things can happen. K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd shall reserve the right to replace or cancel individual instructors at an event, provided that this does not affect the overall character of the event. K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd may also, without prior notice, include individual online instructors in in-person events. In such cases, the participant shall have no right to a reduced fee or cancellation if this corresponds to less than 50% of the event duration, and the participants have the opportunity to put questions to the online instructor(s).

5. K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd Cancellation
Cancellations are the last thing we want, but sometimes the only choice. K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd shall be entitled to cancel an event for commercial or organizational reasons. In this case, K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd shall refund the participation fees already paid, and any further claims shall be excluded.

Any cancellation or rebooking fees for transport or accommodation booked by the participant shall not be reimbursed by K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd. K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd advises that it is possible to book flexible rates with transport companies (e.g. railway and airlines) that include free cancellation or to take out insurance that covers cancellation of the event.

Irrespective of the cancellation of the entire event, K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd shall be entitled to refuse registration for an event without providing reasons or to cancel participation. In such a case, K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd shall refund the participation fees already paid, and any further claims shall be excluded

K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd shall be entitled to terminate the contract with the participant or contractual party without notice for good cause. In this case, K.M.G – Krav Maga Global Ltd’s entitlement to payment of the event fee shall not lapse. Good cause shall be deemed to exist, in particular, if the participant or contractual party’s actions are contrary to KMG’s Code of Ethics.
