08/2011 – Womans Self-Defense Seminar, Russia

A special Women’s Self-Defense seminar was conducted in Russia for the first time by Meyrav Bar Haim. According to Meyrav, the participants were eager to learn and by the end of the seminar she could clearly see the advancement that they had made. These young women are now better equipped to deal with the many threats which exist in an urban metropolis such as Moscow.
